Shipping is naturally always insured; shipping to Germany and the Benelux countries is by DPD.
You are given a parcel number enabling you to track the progress of your parcel.
Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday.

A flat-rate fee of EUR 5.00 per order is charged for shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany. Goods are shipped free of charge where the total value of an individual order is EUR 50.00 or more.

A flat-rate fee of EUR 15.00 per order is charged for shipping to EU countries (excluding the Federal Republic of Germany). Goods are shipped free of charge where the total value of an individual order is EUR 250.00 or more.

Goods may only be shipped within the EU member countries.
